- The danish visual artist
Kaj Nyborg (*1963) works within the field of site-specific
installations, his resent installations are most often build
up directly in ( or even into ) the different exhibition spaces.
Even though this type of work has to calculate with a short
termed presence before it has to be deconstructed again, these
in situ works always insists on having a high perfection in
their actual physical appearance.

- DRIVE-IN / HOMESICK / SLOW
WAVE MOTION ( isoplant no.2 ) is the second in a succession
of installations and installational works, that the artist
in the future will show in different locations under the mutual
designation:
- ISOPLANT.
- Most of the produced works
will take shape as temporary site-specific installations that
relate to the architectonic and local environmental characteristics
of the given location for the exhibition and either interacts
with or occupies the specific territories.
- The ISOPLANT projects wil
be produced as both external and internal installations.

Exhibition place refers to the remarkable difference that
the three spaces in question both offers and displays, but
also to the fact that the installations are situated in or
around familys private homes. What is? Privacy. What is? Home.
How is it all possible to intrude, disturb or disorganize
in such areas ?.
